Magdalena Del Borrello completed law school at Escuela Libre de Derecho and obtained her (legal degree) Titulo de Abogado in Mexico in 1989 and began practicing in the areas of foreign investment, intellectual property and business law. Since emigrating to Canada, Magdalena has worked as a law clerk solely in the field of plaintiff personal injury litigation and has over ten years of experience dealing with these claims. Magdalena is a Commissioner for Taking Affidavits. She is fluent in Spanish and English.
Regina Sawczak graduated from the Toronto School of Business in 2001 with a diploma in accounting and computer applications. In 2001 she also began her career as a plaintiff personal injury law clerk and continues to assist the lawyers of LMVS with motor vehicle accident and personal injury claims. Regina is a Commissioner for Taking Affidavits. She is fluent in Polish and English.
Sarah Sheaves obtained an Honours Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Toronto in 2001 with a joint specialist in history and political science. She graduated from Humber College in 2003 with a Court and Tribunal Agent diploma and again in 2011 with an Honours Paralegal Education diploma. Sarah is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada and has appeared at the Ontario Small Claims Court and before the Financial Services Commission of Ontario. Sarah has been assisting lawyers in personal injury claims, commercial litigation and employment matters since 2003.
Marisa Amato (née Coccia) obtained a Certificate as a Legal Assistant from Seneca College in 2002 and then went on to graduate from Humber College in 2004 with a Law Clerk Diploma. Marisa has been employed assisting the lawyers of LMVS as a law clerk specializing in plaintiff personal injury and disability claims since 2005.
